Une importante Business Unit d'un groupe industriel déploie un nouvel ERP dans toutes ses entités au niveau mondial. Le projet rencontre des difficultés et du retard en France. Contraintes à prendre en compte : environnement US GAAP/ SOX, plan social en cours, utilisation d’une version US de l’ERP (ORACLE)
Notre mission :
Accompagner au niveau fonctionnel (comptable et financier) la Direction Financière locale et l'équipe projet US dans la conduite de ce projet :
